Richard Fellmann

Richard Fellmann (born October 16, 1908 in Schweidnitz , † September 18, 1994 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending primary school and high school with the Abitur , he studied pharmacy at the University of Bonn . He was initially employed as a pharmacist and then self- employed.

Fellmann became a member of the CDU in 1945. He was represented on numerous party committees. He was also involved in professional organizations, for example he was President of the Federal Chamber of Pharmacists from 1969 to 1980 .

From July 5, 1950 to May 27, 1975 Fellmann was a member of the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was in each of the constituencies elected 009 or 010 Euskirchen directly. At times he was a member of the district council of the Euskirchen district and the council of the city of Lechenich , where he was also mayor .
