Richard Herzmansky (born May 3, 1859 in Taschendorf near Odrau (Tošovice) , Silesia , † June 16, 1939 there ) was an Austrian politician of the German National Party (DnP).

After attending elementary and secondary school , he attended an agricultural college and became the owner of the vomiting shop.
