Richard Klapp

Richard Klapp (born October 21, 1841 in Sachsenberg ; † unknown) was a German administrative lawyer, lawyer and royal Prussian district administrator in the Löbau district (1876–1881) of the province of Prussia and, from 1878, of the province of West Prussia and in the districts of Buk (1881 –1887) and Neutomischel (1887–1894) of the Province of Posen .

Klapp studied law in Bonn and Berlin . He then worked from 1868 to 1874 as a lawyer in Arolsen . This was followed by a job as a court assessor in Rößel until he was appointed district administrator in Löbau in 1876 .
