Richard Maß

Richard Maß (born December 6, 1837 in Anklam ; † 1917 ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Richard measure studied from 1856 to 1859 jurisprudence at the Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Berlin , the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn and the Silesian Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Breslau . In 1856 he became a member of the Corps Marchia Berlin . In 1857 he joined the Corps Palatia Bonn . After completing his studies, he pursued a career as a judge. In 1868 he became a district judge in Kammin in Pomerania . In 1875 he became district judge in Anklam, later district judge and in 1879 district judge. After his retirement he lived as a local judge a. D. still in Anklam.

Maß was elected to the Prussian House of Representatives for the 12th legislative period in 1873 as a member of the constituency of Stettin 1 (Demmin, Anklam, Usedom-Wollin, Ueckermünde) . On March 20, 1875, he lost his mandate through promotion, but was re-elected for the 13th legislative period in the same constituency in 1876 and was a member of parliament until 1879. He belonged to the faction of the National Liberal Party .
