Richard Wilke

Richard Wilke (born March 5, 1945 in Horneburg ) is a German politician ( CDU ). He was 1989-1999 Honorary District Administrator of the district Stade .

Wilke is a fish breeder and has been running his own fish breeding business since he was 21 years old. He has been married since 1967 and has a son and a daughter. After the formation of the joint community of Horneburg , he co-founded the CDU there in 1972. He was also a founding member of the Heimatverein and Förderverein in Horneburg. Wilke was parliamentary group leader in the joint council for his party and became mayor there in 1981 . He held the office of mayor of the entire municipality until 1996. In 1981 the CDU politician was elected for the first time in the Stader district assembly, for which he was involved for 30 years. He was also chairman of the district council for two years. In 2011, Wilke ended at the district council level. Although he was involved in important political bodies in the district for many years, it was the first time that the man from Horneburg ran for the council of his home village. Wilke then continued to make local politics for the Horneburg area until 2016 and was also active as chairman of the building committee in the joint municipal council during this time.

Wilke is the leaseholder of the Horneburger Jagd and former Hegering manager.

Wilke was a member of the administrative board of the Kreissparkasse Stade , in 1999 he became its chairman.
