Rick Bota

Rick Bota is an American cameraman and director .

Life

He began his career in the film business as a simple camera operator in the late 1980s. He first worked as a cameraman for the television series The Werewolf Returns ( Werewolf ). In 1997 he worked as a second unit director on the films Mimic - attack of the killer insects and ... because they are there to kiss . Two years later he directed an episode for the LA Doctors series , making his debut as a director. His feature film debut as a director followed in 2002 when he directed the horror film Hellraiser: Hellseeker . As a cameraman he continued to work for both cinema and television productions until 2011. He also worked on the series Jericho - The attack as a cameraman. As a director, he is mainly involved in television series.
