Rika Mayama ( Japanese 真 山 り か , Mayama Rika ; born December 16, 1996 in Tokyo ) is a Japanese singer .

Career

Mayama is a member of the idol group Shiritsu Ebisu Chūgaku , of which she has been a member since it was founded in 2009. As a solo musician, she released the song Liar Mask , which was used as the opening credits for the anime series Akame ga Kill! has been used. The single debuted at number 17 on the Japanese Oricon charts and stayed on the leaderboard for six weeks.

As a voice actress she had a small speaking role in the anime series Akame ga Kill! and Ryūgajō Nanana no Maizōkin .

While Mayama's idol group Shiritsu Ebisu Chūgaku can be assigned to J-Pop , they fall back on a mixture of heavy metal and pop music in their only single Liar Mask that has been released to date .
