The River Senhouse has its source in the southeast in the summit area of Morne Fraser . Two source rivers ( ) run steeply to the east and merge to form a river above the settlement area of ​​Castle Bruce. In the settlement area there are further small tributaries from the left and north and soon afterwards the river flows into the Atlantic Ocean in the area of ​​the cliffs in St. David Bay (Anse Quanery).

The river lies between the Wakaman River (N) and Castle Bruce River basins .
