Rivière Étamamiou is a 166 km long river in the Côte-Nord administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .
The catchment area is 3030 km², the mean discharge 76 m³ / s. It flows south to the Gulf of Saint Lawrence . Its catchment area lies between those of the Rivière Olomane in the west and the Rivière du Petit Mécatina in the east. 75 km before its mouth at Lake Manet , the river divides into two arms, which reunite after 55 km at Lac Foucher . 5 km from its mouth, the river splits again into two arms. One arm reaches the Gulf of Saint Lawrence near the settlement of Étamamiou , the other arm flows into the Baie Bussière bay to the east .
