Rivière Innuksuac is a 396 km long river in the Nunavik region of the Canadian province of Québec .

It flows through the southwest of the Ungava Peninsula . It has its headwaters south of Lac Qijukallalik . It flows through this and the other lakes Lac Chavigny , Lac Ingiuligaajuup Qamaninga and Lac Gélissen in a predominantly northern direction. Then he turns to the west. It flows through the lakes Lac Le Roy , Lac Qilalugalik and Lac Qamanirjuaq . At Inukjuaq the Rivière Innuksuac flows into the Hudson Bay . Its catchment area covers 10,280 km², its mean discharge is 100 m³ / s.
