Radar patent

The radar patent (also called radar boat license or radar boat certificate ) is a certificate that is valid throughout Europe. It is a prerequisite for navigating barges or sports boats in poor visibility (poor weather) with the help of a radar device .

The applicant must be of legal age and have a nautical patent (e.g. large patent , sports boat certificate E , sports patent or sports boat license inland ) and a radio certificate (e.g. UBI radio certificate ).
