The Rivière Koktac is a river in Nunavik in the northwest of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Koktac leaves Lac Qilalugalik on its north-west bank . It flows mainly in a westerly direction. It flows through the lakes Lac Sitiapiit Tasinga , Lac Isuulik , Lac Quinijulik , Lac Iqalutsiuvialuk and Lac Nuluarniavik before flowing into the Hudson Bay . The Rivière Urpilik is an important tributary . The Rivière Koktac has a length of 198 km. It drains an area of ​​2504 km².
