The Rivière Lepellé is a left tributary of the Rivière Arnaud on the Ungava Peninsula in the north of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Lepellé forms the outflow of the Lac Klotz . It then flows through Lake Nalluajuk in an east- south- east direction. Later the river turns south and takes in the right tributary Rivière Groust . After about 140 km the Rivière Lepellé meets the Rivière Arnaud . At the gauge below the confluence of the Rivière Groust, the mean discharge is 147 m³ / s.

The river was formerly called Rivière Payne Nord (English North Payne River ).
