The Rivière Manouane is a river in the Lanaudière and Mauricie administrative regions of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Manouane is one of the five main tributaries of the Rivière Saint-Maurice . The dammed lake Lac Kempt forms the source of the river. Downstream, the Rivière Manouane flows through the also dammed lakes Lac Manouane and Lac Chateauvert in a north-easterly direction. After about 75 km it joins the Rivière Saint-Maurice on the right at Wemotaci . The tributary Rivière Ruban meets the Rivière Manouane 1.6 km above the confluence with the Rivière Saint-Maurice.
