Rivière Musquaro is a river in the Côte-Nord administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .

The river has its origin in the small lake Lac Umuaku Nepit , east of Lac Le Doré . From there it flows south to Lac Musquaro and on to the Gulf of St. Lawrence , into which it flows near the Hamlet Musquaro . The 3626 km² catchment area of the Rivière Musquaro borders on the Rivière Olomane to the east and that of the Rivière Natashquan to the west .

The Rivière Musquaro has a length of 148 km and an average discharge of 91 m³ / s.

Salmon can be caught in the fish-rich waters .
