The Rivière Picanoc is a right tributary of the Rivière Gatineau in the Outaouais administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Picanoc has its origin 10 km southeast of Lac Usborne in the small lake Lac Head . It initially flows south to Lac à la Loutre . It leaves this on its north bank and continues to flow in a north-easterly direction. Finally, the Rivière Picanoc meets the south-flowing Rivière Gatineau south of Gracefield , the capital of the regional county municipality of La Vallée-de-la- Gatineau. The Rivière Picanoc has a length of 85 km.
