The Rivière York is a river in the Gaspésie – Îles-de-la-Madeleine administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière York rises 5 km north of the Deuxième lac York in the Monts Chic-Chocs on the Gaspésie peninsula. It flows through Lac York in an easterly direction through the regional county municipality of La Côte-de-Gaspé to the Baie de Gaspé . It flows 7 km west of Gaspé into the southwest basin of the Havre de Gaspé , an estuary into which the Rivière Dartmouth also flows. The Rivière York has a length of 124 km. It drains an area of ​​1064 km². The mean discharge is 23 m³ / s.
