Rob Fowler

Rob Morton Fowler (born May 29, 1972 ) is a British actor , singer and musical performer .

Life

Rob Fowler is a trained auto mechanic and first worked in motorsport. In addition, he pursued his passion for the musical and took private lessons. At the age of 25 he got an engagement at the Key Theater in Peterborough and made his first appearances in Much Ado About Nothing, among others . From 1997 he went on tour of England with the musical version of the Buddy Holly Story .

In 2000 he was hired for the Bochum production of Starlight Express . After that he stayed in German-speaking countries and settled in Austria. For several years in a row he was a regular guest at the musical Sommer Amstetten , played in Vienna, Stuttgart and Cologne. He went three times with the Rocky Horror Show in the role of Frank'n 'Furter on major tours through Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol.

In addition to acting, he founded the rock band Morton with Zoltan Sebestyen in 2003 . In the mid-2000s they had two smaller singles in Austria. In 2012 Rob Fowler appeared on the talent show The Voice of Germany . He decided on Team BossHoss and made it to the semifinals, where he failed to James Borges .
