Gabor Schablitzki (born July 3, 1974 ) is a German DJ , musician and music producer from Jena . Until December 31, 2009 Schablitzki formed the DJ duo Wighnomy Brothers together with Sören Bodner alias Monkey Maffia . He has been touring and producing solo as Robag Wruhme since 2002 . Other pseudonyms he uses for his productions are Rolf Oksen , Themroc and Die Dubrolle .

Career

Schablitzki first worked as a DJ as a teenager at the beginning of the 1990s and played mainly chillout music. In 1996 he founded the Beefcake project with Volker Kahl and produced experimental, harmonic electronica music with him . In the meantime, he and his friend and partner Sören Bodner already appeared regularly in Thuringian clubs and at parties as a DJ team. From 1997 Schablitzki and Bodner called themselves Wighnomy Brothers ; In 1998 they founded the record label Freude am Tanzen . Since 2001, Schablitzki has been publishing records under the name Wighnomy Brothers and doing remixes for other artists. First publications under the pseudonym Robag Wruhme appeared in 2002. The first LP Wuzzelbud KK (2004), with minimal electronic dance music , earned a lot of critical praise and made Robag Wruhme well known in the scene. After six years without a full-length player , the double EP Wuzzelbud FF was released in 2018 and the album Venq Tolep in 2019 , which the web radio station ByteFM described as an "ambient house [...] piece that invites you to dance".
