Robert Cheboror

Robert Cheboror (born September 9, 1978 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon .
In 2002 he first attracted attention when he won a half marathon in Lille in 1:01:42. In 2003 he took second place in the Berlin Half Marathon .
In 2004 he was first runner-up in the Boston Marathon and then won the Amsterdam Marathon in his personal best of 2:06:23.
At the marathon of the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 2005 , he was eleventh.
In 2006 he finished second at the Hamburg Marathon and fifth at the Chicago Marathon .
