Robert Griesbeck
Robert Griesbeck (born June 24, 1950 in Munich ; † March 5, 2011 ) was a graphic designer , photographer , author and publisher .
Life
After studying political science and information aesthetics, he trained as a graphic artist and photographer and founded the Müller & Griesbeck agency in Munich in 1974 with Wolfgang Müller. Since 1980 he has only concentrated on writing, including glosses in the Swiss magazine AHA! , Esquire , NewMag , Ambiente and SZ-Magazin .
He developed magazine formats and was editor-in-chief for the youth magazine NA-UND! and the German edition of Penthouse . He wrote radio glosses and radio plays for children's radio, children's books, novels and non-fiction books and sometimes worked as a ghostwriter for celebrities. He was in charge of editing the reading list , which once a year summarizes the recommendations and reviews of authors, journalists and booksellers and forwards them online to a network of people interested in literature.
Robert Griesbeck lived with his partner in Munich and in a small village on the Bavarian Staffelsee . He had three children.
