Robert Pasemann

Robert Pasemann (born December 14, 1886 in Kiel , † October 6, 1969 in Hanover ) was a German athlete .

In 1908 he qualified as a high jumper and gymnast for the Olympic Games in London , but had to do without a start after breaking both arms while doing gymnastics.

After the injury healed, he focused on the jumping disciplines of athletics. From 1909 to 1911 he was German champion in the pole vault three times in a row . In 1909 and 1910 he won the national title in the high jump and in 1911 and 1912 in the long jump .

At the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912, he was eighth in the long jump and eleventh in the pole vault.

Robert Pasemann started for the Kiel FV 1900 until 1910 , for the gymnastics community in Berlin in 1911 and then for the Berlin Sport Club .
