Robert Raschka
Robert Raschka (born August 5, 1847 in Bucharest ; died April 19, 1908 in Vienna ) was an architect and architectural painter. His training took place at the Polytechnicum in Zurich , where he joined the Corps Rhenania , as well as at the Imperial and Royal Academy of Fine Arts under Friedrich von Schmidt .
Robert Raschka built a number of villas and other buildings in Vienna. His most famous building was the state parliament building in Brno (1870), which was planned together with Anton Hefft and which now houses the Czech Constitutional Court . As an architectural painter, he was best known for his pictures of historical buildings in Vienna.
