Robert Tepper (born May 30, 1950 in Bayonne , New Jersey ) is an American singer and songwriter .

His most famous hits include the song Angel of the City from the movie Die City-Cobra and No easy way out from the movie Rocky IV . Sylvester Stallone played the main character in both films .
In 1986 he co-wrote Pat Benatar on the song Le Bel Age .
