Roberts Ridge is a prominent mountain ridge in Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . It rises 8 km southwest of Cleveland Mesa at the southeast end of the Michigan Plateau .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it from the United States Navy's own surveys and aerial photographs from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1967 after Peter Roberts of the Department of International Scientific and Technical Affairs at the United States Department of State .
