Roch Pedneault

Roch Pedneault (born April 10, 1927 in Saint-Joseph-d'Alma ; † March 10, 2018 ) was a Canadian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Chicoutimi .

Life

Roch Pedneault was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Chicoutimi on February 8, 1953 .

Pope Paul VI appointed him on May 10, 1974 auxiliary bishop in Chicoutimi and titular bishop of Aggersel . The Archbishop of Québec , Maurice Cardinal Roy , donated him episcopal ordination on June 29 of the same year . Co- consecrators were Marius Paré , Bishop of Chicoutimi, and Joseph Albertus Martin , Bishop of Nicolet .

On June 15, 2002, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
