background
In 2002 Biedermann released her third album, Rock My Life . It is clearly rockier than its predecessor; it is the second album in which the singer was involved in the songwriting. The album was also released in a limited edition with a live DVD of the "Delicious Tour 2002". The album reached the top ten of the German album charts for the first time at number 7, as well as number 28 in Austria, number 75 in Switzerland and number 2 in Poland. The album was re-released in March 2003 as "Gold Edition", contains three new songs and reached number 68 in the charts. The accompanying DVD for the tour "Jeanette in Concert - Rock My Life Tour 2003", the album and the lead single of the same name were awarded gold. The album also received another platinum award for over 435,000 units sold. Rock My Life was Biedermann's first album to be released in France and England. It reached number 55 in the German annual album charts in 2003.

criticism
“With To Fall In Love it occurs to you that this song would be ideally suited to represent Germany at the next Grand Prix. Jeanette would be as successful as Corinna May . [...] The whole album ripples gently along in its average quality. [...] What the record company grandly praises as multifaceted is nothing more than a missing line. "
