After the previous season, KF Urani Elbasan was renamed KS Skampa Elbasan . In the previous year, the SK Vlora and the SK Muzaka were relegated, and since there were no promoters, theategoria e Parë 1932 was only held with five teams. The teams were not divided into two groups as in the previous year, but as in the championship of 1930 , the title was played in a single relay, in which the fifth and last rank was the relegation place in the then still second-rate category e dytë . For the first time, finals to determine the champion were not held. The first half of the season lasted from April 17th to May 22nd, the second half of the season from June 5th to July 3rd.
87 hits were scored in 20 games, which corresponds to an average goal of 4.35 per game. The top scorer was probably Haki Korça from SK Tirana, but there is no absolute certainty due to a lack of statistical records.
For the third time in a row, SK Tirana secured the Albanian championship title. They remained unbeaten in all eight games and provided the most accurate offensive (29 goals) and the best defense (6 goals conceded, as well as Bashkimi). Bashkimi Shkodran , who had narrowly missed the finals in each of the previous two years, landed two points behind, tied with last year's runner-up Teuta Durrës , in second place. Only fourth place remained for Skënderbeu Korça , who still had five points ahead of the renamed KS Skampa Elbasan . Elbasan didn't manage a single point and only four goals. In addition, they conceded 51 goals in just eight games, and with a 0:16 in Durrës they had to accept the highest defeat of a club in the history of the Albanian first division.
