The Kategoria e Pare 1994/95 (mutatis mutandis: First League ) was the 56th staging of the Albanian football championship and was the National Football Association Federata Shqiptare e Futbollit aligned. The season began on August 27, 1994 and ended on May 27, 1995.

The league was increased from 14 to 16 teams compared to the previous year. In the season 1993/94 were KS Lushnja and KS Sopoti Librazhd relegated from the Kategoria e Pare. For the new season, KS Shkumbini Peqin and KS Iliria Fushë-Kruja , who both completed their first season in the highest Albanian football class, as well as FK Tomori Berat and Shqiponja Gjirokastra (formerly: Luftëtari Gjirokastra ) were added after one and three years of abstinence. The defending champion was KS Teuta Durrës .

The championship was played in a regular season with a round trip. Each team competed twice against each other team. Unlike in the previous year, when the last two teams had to relegate to the then still second-rate category e dytë, this time only the bottom of the table rose because the league was to be increased to 18 participants in the following season. Champions and runners-up made it into the UEFA Cup . As the runner-up Teuta Durrës won the national cup at the same time and was already represented in the European Cup Winners' Cup , the third FK Partizani Tirana moved up into the UEFA Cup.

A total of 525 goals were scored, which corresponds to an average of 2.2 goals per game. The top scorer with 21 goals was Arben Shehu from Shqiponja Gjirokastra .

After the runner-up in the previous year, SK Tirana was able to conquer the top of the league and celebrated the first championship since 1989. With the fifteenth title in the club's history, it was possible to catch up with the previous sole record champion Partizani Tirana , who finished third this season and thus because of the better goal difference against Flamurtari Vlora in the UEFA Cup . The defending champion Teuta Durrës came second , also tied with Partizani and Flamurtari. Surprisingly, the newcomers Shqiponia Gjirokastra and Albpetrol Patos , most recently involved in the battle to stay in the league, only narrowly missed entry into international business. Vllaznia Shkodra , who was fourth in the previous season, had to be content with eleventh place this time. Shkumbini Peqin and Tomori Berat , two of the other newcomers to the league, secured themselves in seventh and ninth place just as confidently as Dinamo Tirana , Apolonia Fier , KF Elbasani , Besalidhja Lezhë and KS Laçi . Even the table penultimate Besa Kavaja had in a relegation battle, which was decided early on, ten points ahead of the only relegation rank , which was taken by the hopeless climber Iliria Fushë-Kruja , who scored only 22 goals in 30 games and had to accept 64 goals.
