Theategoria e Parë was increased to seven instead of five teams in 1934. Because of this, there had been no relegation in the preseason. In return, in the 1934 season, the then still second- rateategoria e dytë Bashkimi Elbasan and SK Vlora were promoted . Also in this season there should be no relegation from the first division. All teams competed against each other twice.
A total of 154 hits were scored, which corresponds to an average of 3.7 goals per game. Mark Gurashi from SK Tirana was the top scorer with twelve goals.
The SK Tirana won the title of KS Skënderbeu Korçë back and won his fourth overall championship in five games year in the league. They scored 54 goals in twelve games, only eight times the ball landed in their own net, just as often as with runner-up and last year's champions Skënderbeu, who were three points behind the capital city club. In third and fourth place, Bashkimi Shkodran and KS Teuta Durrës landed four and nine points back, respectively. Last year 's climber SK Kavaja finished fifth like last year, but at that time this was still the last place. The newly promoted Bashkimi Elbasan and SK Vlora , both of whom had already played in the category e Parë, took the bottom ranks. With 48 goals conceded and only four goals of their own, SK Vlora didn't manage to win a single game.
