As in the previous year, five teams played the championship title. All teams competed against each other twice. KS Skampa Elbasan was relegated last season . He was replaced by the SK Kavaja , which had risen from the then still second- rateategoria e dytë . In 1933, however, there was no relegation place from the category e Parë, as the league was to be expanded to seven clubs in the following year.
63 goals were scored in the total of 20 games, which corresponds to an average of 3.2 goals per game. The top scorer with seven goals was Teufik Agaj from KS Skënderbeu Korça .
For the first time after the eight match days of KS Skënderbeu Korça , last year penultimate, won the title of Albanian football champion and thus ended the supremacy of SK Tirana , which had won the previous three championships. Skënderbeu, who only had to concede six goals, also returned the favor for the finals of 1930 , when Tirana had been given the title without a fight. The capital club only finished fourth this time, four points behind. As in the previous year in second and third place, Bashkimi Shkodran and KS Teuta Durrës were two and four points behind the new title holder. The newcomer SK Kavaja managed only one victory . As a knocked-down bottom of the table with 26 goals conceded, the club benefited from the fact that in 1933 a relegated team was waived and remained first class.
