Roger-Émile Aubry
Roger-Émile Aubry CSsR (born April 11, 1923 in Montfaucon , Switzerland , † February 17, 2010 in Cochabamba , Bolivia ) was Vicar Apostolic of Reyes in Bolivia.
Life
Roger Emile Aubry joined the Congregation of the Redemptorists in and received on 24 February 1949, the priestly ordination . He then went to the mission.
Pope Paul VI appointed him in 1970 to the Apostolic Administrator in Reyes and appointed him on June 14, 1973 titular Bishop of Arena and Vicar Apostolic of Reyes . The episcopal ordination received his Josef Clemens Cardinal Maurer CSsR, the Archbishop of Sucre in Bolivia, on September 16, 1973; Co- consecrators were Jorge Manrique Hurtado , Archbishop of La Paz , and his predecessor José Alfonso Tscherrig CSsR.
On May 1, 1999, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
