Rohan Chand

Rohan Chand (born July 24, 2003 in Brooklyn , New York City ) is an American child actor of Indian descent.

life and career

Rohan Chand was born in New York to two Indian parents and grew up there. He made his acting debut at the age of 7 in the movie Jack and Jill after he was spotted playing baseball by the casting director . His television debut followed in the same year. In the eighth episode of the first season of the spy series Homeland , he played the role of Issa Nazir , the son of a fictional al-Qaeda terrorist.

2013 he played in the movie Bad Words the lead role of Chaitanya Chopra and war movie Lone Survivor the role of Gulabs son. In 2018 he took on the role of Mowgli in the film adaptation of Andy Serkis .
