Roland Rohlfs (born February 10, 1892 in Buffalo , New York , † March 22, 1974 ) was an American test pilot .

Rohlfs was the son of the furniture designer Charles Rohlfs and the crime writer Anna Katharine Rohlfs . His brother Sterling Rohlfs (born May 18, 1887 in Brooklyn , Kings, New York , † 1928 in Toluca ) was also a test pilot, he died in a plane crash in 1928.
