Ron Butler

Ron Butler (* in the Bahamas ) is an American actor . He became known as Concierge Oscar in the series True Jackson .

Life

Butler is originally from the Bahamas. It is named after his father, Ronnie Butler, Sr. (a well-known calypso singer-songwriter). Ron Butler grew up in the United States ( Washington, DC , Virginia and the suburb of Syracuse , New York) and the Bahamas. He attended high school in the Bahamas and received his PhD magna cum laude from Trinity College (Chicago, Illinois), where he studied history.

Butler worked as a business consultant for a law firm in Washington, DC before beginning his acting career. While in Washington, Butler learned acting with Vera Katz from Howard University, and later studied with David Mamet, William H. Macy, Felicity Huffman, Scott Zigler and Robert Bella of the Atlantic Theater Company (Butler became a member in 1991). In addition to his work as an actor in the theater, cinema and television, Butler writes and performs Comdey scenes. Here is President Barack Obama is one of his most famous figures.

He starred in series like Without a Trace , Crossing Jordan - Pathologist with profile , Boston Legal and Dirty Sexy Money . He also starred in the HBO film Everyday People . From 2008 to 2011 he was the Concierge Oscar in the Nickelodeon series True Jackson .
