Ronald Brebner
Ronald Gilchrist Brebner (born September 23, 1881 in Darlington , † November 11, 1914 in Chiswick , London ) was an English football goalkeeper .
Brebner guarded 23 times the gate of the English amateur national team and won with the British team in 1912 Olympic gold in Stockholm. At club level, the amateur footballer and trained dentist played for Queens Park, Darlington FC , London Caledonians , Stockton FC , Northern Nomads , Elgin City and several other Scottish clubs. He died in November 1914 after sustaining a serious head injury at a soccer game ten months earlier.
