Unlucky Otley is a 1969 British comedy film based on a novel by Martin Waddell .
action
Gerald Arthur Otley is a harmless boy who leads a free life. It is his bad luck that he is found looking for a place to stay for the night next to the corpse of a friend in his apartment. This friend made his living by revealing state secrets and Otley suddenly finds himself in the middle of an espionage and murder affair. Scotland Yard hires the young man to learn more about the background to the murder and espionage. Gerald's normal life turns into an adventure story. From Scotland Yard he receives the support of the agent Imogen, who not only wants his help with her work, but also seduces him. You have to find the missing Mr. Hendrickson. After exciting adventures, Gerald can finally return to his normal life with his girlfriend Lin.
