Ronaldo Gonçalves Drummond , (born August 20, 1946 in Belo Horizonte , Minas Gerais ; † June 9, 2020 there ) is a former Brazilian football player . In his career he won various national and international championships.

With his cousin Tostão he grew up in the youth team of Cruzeiro from Belo Horizonte. Later he moved to local rivals Atlético Mineiro. Only at the end of his career did he go back to Cruzeiro. Here Ronaldo was part of the Cruzeiro team that won the Copa Libertadores final in 1976 .

In the friendly game of the Brazilian national team against Yugoslavia on December 19, 1968, he scored in the 53rd minute to make it 3-2.

Drummond died of gastric bleeding on June 9, 2020 after a 20-day hospital stay .
