Roneisha McGregor (born October 9, 1997 ) is a Jamaican sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run .

Athletic career

Roneisha McGregor gained her first international experience in 2015 when she won the silver medal at the Pan American Junior Championships in Edmonton with the Jamaican 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 38.77 minutes. The following year she reached the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz in the 200-meter run to the semi-finals, in which she was eliminated with 23.94 s. In the relay she was used in the run-up and thus contributed to winning the silver medal. In 2019 she won the silver medal over 400 meters behind the Canadian Kyra Constantine at the NACAC U23 championships in Santiago de Querétaro in 51.70 seconds and won the mixed relay in 3: 16.99 minutes. Then she took part with the relay at the Pan American Games in Lima and won the bronze medal there in 3: 27.61 minutes behind the teams from the United States and Canada. At the World Championships in Doha , she also contributed to winning the bronze medal through her preliminary use and with the mixed relay she won the silver medal behind the USA in 3: 11.78 minutes.
