Ronja Jansen

Ronja Jansen (born March 13, 1995 ) is a Swiss politician ( Juso / SP ).

Life

Ronja Jansen is in Frenkendorf grew up and made the 2014 Matura at the Gymnasium Muttenz with majors in biology and chemistry . From 2011 to 2012 she did an exchange year at Dexter High School in Michigan , USA . Since 2015 she has been studying sociology and economics at the University of Basel and since 2018 she has been working as political secretary for the group for a Switzerland without an army . She lives in Frenkendorf.

Jansen has been a member of the Frenkendorf Community Commission since January 2018.

Jansen has been a board member of the SP Frenkendorf-Füllinsdorf since April 2015 and a board member of the Young Socialists Baselland since October 2015. In February 2017 she was elected Co-President of the Young Socialists Baselland and in March 2017 as a delegate of the SP Switzerland . In August 2019, Jansen was elected President of the Young Socialists Switzerland as the successor to Tamara Funiciello at the annual general meeting of Juso in Trimbach , one vote ahead of her competitor Mia Jenni . Since May 2018 she has been a member of the core group of Denknetz .
