Ronn Moss
Ronn Moss (* 4. March 1952 in Los Angeles , California as Ronald Montague Moss ) is an American actor , musician and singer-songwriter .
Life
Ronn Moss is very interested in music and in 1976 was a founding member of the soft rock group Player . The band released four albums into the early 1980s and made it to number one on the US Billboard charts with the single Baby Come Back in 1978 .
1981 Moss left the band and from then on devoted himself to acting. He played in a few productions until he was hired for the role of Ridge Forrester in the soap opera Reich und Schön . Moss became famous worldwide for this role and was one of the cast members who have been on the series since the first episode , alongside his fellow actors Katherine Kelly Lang , Susan Flannery and John McCook .
In 1995 Moss teamed up with his former bandmate Peter Beckett , and both released new albums by the band "Player". In 2000 Moss released his solo album I'm Your Man and went on tour in Australia in 2006 after releasing his second solo album Uncovered the year before .
In 2008, Ross took part in Ballando con le stelle , which airs on Rai 1 . It is the Italian equivalent of the British TV show Strictly Come Dancing , which is broadcast on the BBC .
Moss was married to fellow actress Shari Shattuck from 1990 to 2002 . The couple has two daughters (* 1994 and * 1998). He has been divorced for several years. His daughters live with him and his current wife, Devin Devasquez , whom he married in 2009.
