Ronny Carlos da Silva (born February 25, 1983 in Sertãozinho , São Paulo ), called Ronny , is a Brazilian football player . He has been playing for Sertãozinho FC since the beginning of 2017 .

Career

Ronny came to the Portuguese first division club FC Paços de Ferreira in the summer of 2005 . With the team he managed to qualify for the UEFA Cup in sixth place in the 2006/07 season . He then moved to Shanghai Shenhua in the Chinese Super League . In early 2008, the league competitor Shaanxi Chanba signed him . In his first year he narrowly missed qualifying for the Champions League with the team , the following season he finished in a place in the lower midfield. He returned to his native Brazil in early 2010, where America FC from Rio de Janeiro signed him.

In the summer of 2010 Ronny moved again to Portugal and joined the SC Beira-Mar . After half a year, in March 2011 he got another opportunity to move to China. The second division Guangdong Sunray Cave signed him for a few games before the Romanian first division CFR Cluj signed him in the summer of 2011 . There he became a regular player straight away and won his first title with the championship in 2012 . In the 2013/14 season he was loaned to the Portuguese club Rio Ave FC , but only came to one use there.

In the summer of 2014, his contract in Cluj was not renewed. He was then without a club for more than a year and a half before joining Comercial FC in his Brazilian homeland in February 2016 . There he was able to achieve eight goals in 14 games in the third division of the state of São Paulo. At the beginning of 2017 he moved to league rivals Sertãozinho FC in his hometown.
