Ronny Siewert

Ronny Siewert (born October 17, 1978 in Nienburg (Saale) ) is a German chef.

Career

After training at the Maritim Hotel in Halle , Siewert went to the three-star restaurant Residenz Heinz Winkler in Aschau in 1999 and to the Dieter Müller restaurant in Bergisch Gladbach in 2001 . 2003 changed as Sous Chef for Waldhotel Sonora to Helmut Thieltges in Dreis .

As head chef, Siewert went to Chezann in Rostock in 2005 and received his first Michelin star there.

Since 2008 he has been head chef at Friedrich Franz in the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm , where he was awarded 18 Gault Millau points in 2012 .
