Rory Sabbatini Mario Trevor (* 2. April 1976 in Durban ) is a native South African and since 2019 for Slovakia playing professional golfers of the North American PGA Tour .

He started playing golf at the age of four, and by the age of 12 Rory took up serious exercise. After attending the University of Arizona , Sabbatini became a professional golfer in 1998 and played on the PGA Tour from 1999, when it was the youngest member at the time.

So far he has won six tournaments, with one victory and two second places in the first two months of the 2006 season in particular, making a fabulous start and making it into the top 20 of the golf world rankings for the first time . At the 2007 Masters he shared second place with Tiger Woods and Retief Goosen , which temporarily put him in the top 10 of the world rankings .

At the beginning of 2019, he took on Slovak citizenship.
