history
The company was founded in 1958 by Hans Rosenberger senior in Tittmoning . The initially small locksmith's shop is the origin of today's mechanical engineering division . In 1967 the company entered high-frequency technology . In 1967/68 the company moved to today's company premises in Fridolfing, 8 km away. However, the company's headquarters are still in Tittmoning. In the 1970s, the high-frequency technology division developed into the mainstay of sales. In 1985 the first foreign office was opened in Denmark when sons Hans, Bernhard and Peter Rosenberger joined the company . In the next few years, further sales offices and company holdings followed in Europe, and later the establishment of European national companies:

In 1997 the company entered the fiber optics market by taking over OSI Kommunikation- und Systemtechnik, Augsburg (now Rosenberger OSI FiberOptics) . In 2000 Rosenberger developed the first FAKRA high-frequency connectors, which enabled entry into automotive electronics .
In the first half of the 2000s, production capacities were increased significantly through additional production facilities at the main plant in China and Hungary. In 2005, the Chinese subsidiary Beijing Rosenberger was expanded to become Rosenberger Asia Pacific and covers the entire Asia-Pacific region. In 2006 Rosenberger India was founded with its own production facility.
On September 25, 2007, Hans Rosenberger sen. Died. in the Traunstein Hospital.
In June 2008 the Rosenberger company celebrated its 50th anniversary.
