Rostamkola ( Persian رستمکلا, DMG Rostamkolā ) is a city in the Māzandarān Province in Iran .
location
The city is 10 km west of Behschahr . It is about 15 km to the Caspian Sea in the north.
Surname
Rostamkola means Rostam hat also Rostam crown ; also listed as Rostamkolā , Rostam Kola , Rostam Kala or Rostam Kula . The city is also known as Kaba ye Zordoscht (Cube of Zoroaster ), also (Xorn) Horn + Nay (Alpenhorn) d. H. Trumpet house , known as Naghareh- Khaneh actually timpani, drum house (see also Naqqarkhana ) and even called Kafter-Khaneh pigeon house . In this context, Carl Ritter writes :

The city is not far from Gohar Tepe , an ancient place that is over 2500 years old.
The University of Munich has carried out archaeological investigations here as part of a joint project of the Cultural Heritage Organization of Mazandaran .
