The Roth is an approximately 13 km long, right and eastern tributary of the Zusam in Bavaria .

The river has its source in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park near Agawang as Obere Roth and initially flows around 3.5 km northwards and changes direction to the west east of Horgau . Below Bieselbach , shortly before Zusmarshausen , it flows through the Rothsee , then bends to the northwest and, after another 2 km, flows into the Zusam , a tributary of the Danube .

Places on the Roth are Agawang , Horgau and Zusmarshausen .
