Rouven Meschede (born January 20, 1991 in Hamm ) is a German football player .

Career

As a player

In his youth, Meschede played for the youth teams of SC Eintracht Hamm and Hammer SpVg until 2004 . This was followed by the move to Rot Weiss Ahlen , for whom he made his debut in the third division in the 2010/11 season . After the season he switched back to Hammer SpVg. The promotion to the Oberliga Westfalen followed immediately. In the summer of 2014 Meschede moved back to his youth club Rot Weiss Ahlen, with whom he was promoted to the Regionalliga West. In the summer of 2018, Meschede decided to switch to the then district league club SVE Heessen and directly helped them to the championship title in the district league Unna / Hamm. However, the promotion was missed because the promotion games were not won. The following year, Meschede took over the team as a player-coach and rose to the district league for the 2020/21 season due to the season being canceled due to the corona pandemic.

As a trainer

In addition to his active career, he has been working as a trainer for Hammer U-15 since June 25, 2012, and previously he was interim trainer for Hammer SpVg from April 2012.
