Rubensstrasse 15 in Obermenzing

The residential building at Rubensstrasse 15 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1903. The villa on Rubensstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The country house style villa was built according to the plans of the architect Georg Niggl , who also designed the house at Rembrandtstrasse 6 in the Pasing II villa colony . The recessed gable building with arched windows and a wooden gable balcony has an entrance veranda. The rooms are grouped on three sides around the staircase.
