The residential building at Rubensstrasse 6 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1897. The villa on Rubensstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The villa in baroque form was designed by August Exter . The house, which was part of the early development of the street, was rebuilt with a modified facade as No. 3 of the street. The eaves Satteldachbau middle Fronton risalit with ground floor bay window is monumentalizes by a stucco outline.
